Reese Witherspoon seems to find herself a new piece, Agent Jim Toth. At least we know he’s a gentleman. The 34-year-old actor, we spotted with her—in Venice beach California after grabbing a bite to eat. Well, on the other side, he has confirmed the news; we think it’s safe to say the two are together. Witherspoon has broke-up with boyfriend of two years Jake Gyllenhaal back in December. It has been linked to the talent agent since late January after the pair was spotted having a romantic dinner together in Santa Monica.
