How to Get Madonna's Dramatic Eyes and Glowing Skin: Celebrity Secret Weapon Zelena: Madonna’s ever changing style is always a hot topic. Recently seen out and about with her man of the moment, Madonna’s latest look is chic Italian Riviera. Think La Dolce Vita, sleek and sophisticated. Today, our focus is how to get those dramatic eyes, pale lips, and glowing skin that complete this look. And who better to show us than Gina Brooke, Madonna’s secret weapon stylist to make it all happen. Gina: Madonna La Dolce Vita look is all about beautiful glowing skin and dramatic eyes. We’re going to start by using hourglass veil mineral primer. What we’re going to do is we’re going to apply the primer to the skin. It’s going to reduce the appearance of pores. It’s also going to neutralize and stabilize the skin, and set the makeup to last a very long time. Now that we’ve applied the primer, you want to put a light tinted moisturizer on top to create beautiful, soft natural looking skin. We’re going to go straight to the eyes and I’m going to use a cream shadow. I prefer using a cream shadow instead of powder because it looks softer and more luminous. Madonna’s La Dolce Vita look is very quaint essentially Madonna. She loves her lapping eyeliner. She loves beautiful glowing skin and she’s an Italian so it all kind of makes sense. Zelena: Are there specific products you just love using on Madonna? Gina: On her eyes, I love using Shu Uemera painting liner. It’s a gel painting liner that’s waterproof, smudge proof, and lasts all night long. I’m applying the liner from the inner primer all the way out to the outer corner of the eye and you want to apply it as close for lash line as possible. Now, we’re going to apply Quickodo mascara. I'm using 0129 because it gives me long, luxurious beautiful lashes. So the finishing touches of this Italian glamorous look are the lip gloss. So, I’m just going to apply a beautiful neutral gloss. She’s getting a really subtle sheen to the lips. Zelena: Is there a specific look that you’ve just love that you’ve done to Madonna? Gina: One of them is a photo shoot we did for the cover of Elle magazine with Tom Monroe and it was inspired by Sam Haskin’s. It’s very 1960’s makeup, which I adore. The other was for confession on the dance floor album using this beautiful diamond lashes that were much inspired by disco phase. Okay, this is it. Now, you’ve got the lip gloss, now you’re ready to live La Dolce Vita style. Zelena: I’m Zelena. Thanks for watching BellaTV. Stay beautiful.
