How to Create Perfect Smoky Eyes A smoky eye is a must for any diva who want to play with their dangerous, dark side. There are a lot of ways to make this look right but my way is the right way. You're ready. So the first thing that we’re going to do is we’re going to use a flat tip brush to really pack on the cream color base. Tap lightly into the product to get a nice amount right onto your brush. We’re only going to rub it right where we want it darkest which is the area closest to your eyelid. Now I want you to take the same brush that you have to flip it over to the dry side where we didn’t have the cream color base touch. Tap it directly into this crush berry color and holding your brush upwards, dab it directly onto that cream color base. As soon as you get a nice layer, go in for a second or third until you're comfortable with how smooth the lid is. And go a little bit over that cream color base area so that it begins to just graduate with the liner color. There is no way that you can just have smoky eye without blending appropriately. So the best brush for a blended eye is angled brushes like this. So let’s use this nice, melon color and fill in your crease. Feel where that bone is. That’s exactly where the brush is to go. And the best way to really get a nice blend in is to use a windshield wiper motion with your brush back and forth, slow and easy. The next thing we’re going to do here is we’re going to go into a more concentrated brush. This is a brush that has different bristles so we’re going to take this into a deeper version of our smoky eyeshadow. You're going to go in the inner corner and the outer corner so that you can really highlight a smoldery look without overpowering your eye and then blend right together. So the next brush we’re going to use our precision eyeball brush. Now we’re going to dip a little bit into the water, dab on your hands so that’s not too silky wet and go into that exact darker shadow that we use for the outer edges of our eye to get right beneath your eye line and a draw a line all the way across the lower edge of your eye. Just feel free to connect it to that smoldery shadow that you’ve been drawing from the top. The next thing we’re going to do is just darken the line above our eye as well with the same brush and just draw a nice line across the very top of your lash line. So now that we’ve got smoky eyes the worst thing we could do is to forget to coat our lashes. What I really want you to do is wiggle and pull the color right through. So now we’re going to finish off our look with foundation. Now get on your brush. Now for lips, let’s go with a really neutral lip color so that the eye is the focus of the face. Talk about easy neatness so we don’t have to touch up a thing with the whole night. So that’s your smoky sensation look.
