How to Be Lady Gaga for Halloween: Tips from Celebrity Stylists Allison McNamara: Lady Gaga is known for her over the top outfit giving fans plenty of Gaga looks to choose from for Halloween. Top celebrity stylist show us how to do Gaga in style. Phillip Bloch: Oh gosh, I hope no one is going to be wearing any cured meat costumes on Halloween night. I wouldn’t want to have to lick them. George Kotsiopoulos: This Halloween is all about Lady Gaga. I mean we’re going to see meat dresses, there's cushion tape things. It is super easy to do at home. And Gaga costumes are like super easy. All you need is the right hair and makeup, fabulous platforms and just don’t wear any pants. The blaze body suit thing is actually pretty easy to do and you just think crazy hair and big glasses and platforms with Gaga. I think they're going to be Gagas all over the place.
