Learn how to Apply a Fierce Deep Blue and Gold Look.
Transcript
Hello guys! Today, I’m going to be doing this look. It is a viewer request and she is going to be wearing a blue dress to homecoming with some lover pretty hills. I could just imagine how cute that is. And she said she wanted it to be fierce. So, what I did is just really dark blue eye shadow or pigment and very dramatic falsies, and these falsies I got from E-bay, here is just a few f them. So you have an idea what they look like. They are just pretty dramatic. I mean, I almost –. But whatever I like this fun dramatic falsies so these are just a few, and you got 10 of them $4.50 but shipping cost $10.00. And I do not know if it differs in different country, but here in the US, shipping is $10.00 I use is FaceFront cosmetics and I have the opportunity to try out a few of their pigment from their fall line and I do not know if these ones are all from the fall line, but what I’m wearing right here it is a deep blue, above that, I’m wearing shock tart and it’s just gorgeous gold. Really great pigmentation as you can see. I just used a tiny that I have these tiny samples sizes and they’re only filled to about a here. I thing that I use is the FaceFront survival paint and this is kind of just an eye base. It’s an apricot eye and brow primer base, and I used it as a base just for my lids and to be honest, I am not too fond with it. I guess it’s just because I’m so used to the Urban Decay Primer Potion. The Urban Decay is very smooth, it glides on very easily. It allows my eye shadow and pigments to just glide on very blendable, but this one is just so sticky and thick that I don’t know I had trouble just putting it on. I put one in my finger which I guess I should have just done it with a concealer brush. So that’s one thing I do not really like is an eye base. But I think I would use it for my brow. I didn’t use it in this tutorial. But from now on I’m just going to use it as a brow primer, because it is okay. See the loose hairs over here. I don’t want that and I bet if I use this, so it prevents the hairs on my brow from going all over the place. So, I would use it for that, I guess that’s one thing I would try on next time. And one thing that I like about this cosmetic line is that, everything in FaceFront Cosmetics is cruelty free. They don’t test anything on animals and they are eco-friendly. So the packaging at least 30% of it is recycled. Apply a primer with a mixing medium; apply a deep blue pigment to your lid. Blend gold pigment above your crease then blend. Take the blue pigment and blend in with the gold. Q- tip and mixing medium to apply gold pigment to lower lash line, black eyeliner, blue eyeliner to your water line, brow wax as a base. Fill in your brows with a matte brown eye shadow. Apply falsies (optional), peach blush. Contour under cheek bones and temples (optional). Line your lips with bronze lip liner, nude lipstick, top off with nude lip gloss. Nice job ladies!
