Alright, YouTubers and my little Tailor Swift fans out there. We got another one, this is Fearless from the Fearless album and I’m going to just jump in right away, start playing it and then we’ll talk about the beats and pieces, so for those of you that you can just watch around when I do it and watch, and those of you that needs to stick around and know about the chords and the strumming and all that good stuff, then stick around and here we go. We’re capoing at the 5th fret and I’m looking at my chart here on my screen and it’s going to go something like this. I’m also going to keep it simple just so you got an idea. That’s what I’m doing in my chord class. It’s going to go something like this. [Demonstration] Okay, now here’s the deal, if you learn that one chord progression right there, you’re going to know 95% of this tune, C, G, Dm, F, okay. So here we go, that’s the intro that we just did. It’s also the verse. And in fact, I should say it’s the first verse after that. Every verse after that, first verse is going to go like this, you’re going to go C, G, Dm, F, and by the second time, you had to split measure of F, G. And so the second one of the verse is going to go C, G, Dm, F in two beats, G for two beats. And so here is a little bit quicker there. It’s called the split measure, and from the verses actually the verses and the choruses will all have that little bit. So the chorus is going to go [Demonstration] Okay so there are two basic parts there. You got the intro, and you got the verse, and you got the chorus, because the chorus and the second part of the verse is pretty much the same. The turnaround, what we called the turnaround is just like our intro we do not do that, [Demonstration], we’re just hanging on the F, so the turn around goes, [Demonstration] That’s it. Okay so there is the F, G is there okay. Alright let’s look the chorus. The chorus is going to do something like this. It is going to go—sorry my phone is ringing there. The solo is going to go something like this, Dm four measures, F four measures, C four measures, G four measures. And then repeat that, Dm four-measure, F four-measure C four-measure, G four-measure. Okay, now the bridge is going to do this. Unfortunately, we’re going to play a little barre chord here. And it’s D flat major. It’s not my favorite chord, not most guitar players’ favorite chord, but it’s going to go something like this. You put your first finger on the 1st fret and then you’re going to take your ring finger, and you’re going to bar frets, one strings, four, three, and two. You’re going to do that on the 3rd fret. Okay, it’s going to sounds something like this, [Demonstration] Okay so this is the bridge and it is going to go, one, two, three four, one, two, three, four, [Demonstration] Don’t get distracted by my G here where I stick my first finger out. You could play like that. I just happened to mute that note right there okay. So here we go, bridge again it’s going to go D flat m, D flat m okay for one measure, C for measure, Dm for two beats, C with an E in the base for two beats, after two beats G for two beats, and kind of starts over again, B flat m for a measure, C for a measure, [Demonstration] for two beats C/E so that’s a C chord with an E in the base, for two beats, F for four beats this time and G for four beats okay. Guys, that’s it on this one. Pretty simple rhythm, you may do something like this. [Demonstration] So I’m doing all down beats and its like, one, two, three and four, one, two, three, and four, and one, two, three and four, one, two, three and four. Pretty simple, right? Yeah, good.
