Farrah Fawcett Omitted from Oscar Memoriam She was one of the golden ladies of Hollywood enjoying the Oscar ceremonies when the industry pays its respects for those we lost. Farrah Fawcett’s name and image were noticeably absent. Farrah’s long time partner Ryan O’Neal didn’t comment but said that he was disappointed that she wasn’t included. The Montage did pay tribute to the likes of Michael Jackson, Britney Murphy and Natasha Richardson all set to a song sung by James Taylor. And Academy spokesperson said the Montage can only honor so many and it’s unfortunate that so many get left out. Farrah Fawcett died last June which ironically was the same day as Michael Jackson who was honored by the Academy last night.
