Darren Criss On Glee, Rise To Fame & Music Diana Madison: Alright gleeks, there’s a new member on the TV show and guess what we’re going to scoop on what it's like to be on Glee. What it's like being on Glee. Darren Criss: Oh, it's lovely everyone is so sweet and it’s great character so I'm just so -- I feel so privileged to be playing such a cool guy way cooler than me. Diana Madison: Did you ever expect to be on the show? Darren Criss: No, no man. I never expected to be been in the American Music Awards, no. I didn’t expect anything. So, it’s a thrill ride and I'm so thankful for it. And it's definitely not something to be taken for granted. Diana Madison: Who do you want on the show when you're on it like a big celebrity show when you're on it like a big celebrity? Darren Criss: Oh, Chris Walken. Chris, get on Glee. Be my cookie uncle. Let's do a dance number. I’d die and go to heaven. Diana Madison: -- dance number audition for our Chris, who knows. Darren Criss: I can't really dance but I’ll just give you a little -- step, that’s really nice and simple. Chris Walken would do this about 50,000 times cooler because this is Chris Walken. Diana Madison: Give it your best shot. Darren Criss: Well thank you. Diana Madison: Most dress on the carpet. Darren Criss: Oh, you're very sweet thank you. Diana Madison: Are you wearing like Armani? Darren Criss: Yeah, it’s an Armani and then we have a little American Apparel flannel shirt for the winter time and just my boots, my shades and my silly, silly body underneath it.
