How to Apply Blush On behalf of TVLesson.com my name is Miriam Behar. I’m a licensed aesthetician, makeup artist and certified lash stylist in South Florida. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to apply blush. You can use a shade that’s just a couple of shades darker than your own natural skintone to provide a contour and a contrast and to add more definition to your face. So, I'm going to take an angled brush. So that it matches the lower areas of my jaw line and also my cheek bones. And just tap it gently to remove any excess. And then you want to fill with our finger actually where your cheekbone is and apply it just slightly at the hairline moving inwards a little bit. You don’t want to go away further forward than about pupil of your eye area because that can cause a really unnatural and very flushed look to your face unless that’s what you want. I don’t advice it. So, you see I'm just applying it in a tapping motion and then I can sweep forward just to blend it a little bit. And then you want to sweep downwards a little bit too just to blend it, so that you don’t end up with stripes. And now, I want to pick up a little bit more blush on the brush. And then just do a little bit underneath my jaw just to add a little bit definition and then do the same thing on the other side. Just find your cheekbone here and just apply it in a tapping motion and then just sweep it forward. And then go underneath my jaw in again just a little bit. And sweep it forward and then you just want to check that they're both even and we need to add a little bit more here, on this side. And you usually get a really nice natural effect that way. And that’s how to apply blush. On behalf of TVLesson.com this is Miriam Behar. Thanks for watching.
